How do server assignment and the cooldown work?

One person pays for the subscription and then links the plan to the Discord server where the bot should use the paid time. To prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing across unrelated communities, the assigned server can be changed once every 7 days.

How does the free plan's double fraud protection work?

The free plan gives 60 minutes a month per server and per user. The time used is taken from both the user's account and the server. Once it runs out, neither you in other servers nor anyone in that server can use the bot for free until next month or until a paid plan is bought.

What happens if a meeting reaches the paid time limit?

The recording is closed cleanly and the bot processes the audio captured up to that second. The minutes are delivered in the Discord thread, stating plainly that the session ended because the available time ran out and offering a direct button to upgrade the plan.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Through the Stripe Customer Portal in your dashboard. You can download your invoices, change your payment method or cancel the automatic renewal with one click at any time.
